Client Terms

Beauty Studio Booking Terms St Neots

These terms explain how appointments, payments, treatment suitability, images, and client records are handled at Beau with Yana.

01

Bookings and Confirmation

Beau with Yana is a private home nail and lash beauty studio in Wintringham, St Neots. Appointments are by prior arrangement only and are not available on a walk-in basis.

A booking request submitted through this website is not a confirmed appointment. Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp only, and the appointment is not confirmed until the client receives a WhatsApp confirmation from the studio.

Full studio address details are shared after appointment confirmation for privacy and appointment control.

02

Payment Terms

All payments are made in person at the appointment, by cash or as otherwise agreed with the studio.

No deposits are taken and no payments are processed through this website.

Prices shown on the website are a guide and may vary where the final treatment, removal, repair, or additional work differs from the original request. Any change will be discussed before treatment begins.

03

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, or very short-notice changes may result in future booking requests being declined.

If the studio needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or circumstances outside its control, an alternative appointment will be offered where possible.

04

Late Arrival

Please arrive at the agreed appointment time. Late arrival may reduce the treatment time available.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened, changed, or cancelled to protect the next client's appointment time.

05

Lash Patch Tests

Patch testing may be required before lash treatments, especially for new clients, clients with sensitivities, or where a product has changed.

If a patch test is required and has not been completed in the requested time frame, the lash appointment may be refused or rescheduled.

A previous uneventful treatment does not guarantee that an allergic reaction or sensitivity cannot occur in the future.

06

Health Hygiene and Disclosure

Clients must disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, eye conditions, nail infections, medication, pregnancy, recent surgery, or any health concern that may affect treatment suitability.

Please do not attend if you have a contagious illness, active infection, open wounds around the treatment area, or symptoms that could put the studio or other clients at risk.

Tools, surfaces, and treatment areas are cleaned and sanitised in line with professional hygiene standards. The studio may adapt, postpone, or decline a treatment where hygiene or safety could be compromised.

07

Right to Refuse Service

Beau with Yana reserves the right to refuse, adapt, stop, or reschedule a treatment if it is unsuitable, unsafe, unhygienic, outside the studio's service scope, or if a client behaves inappropriately.

The studio does not provide medical advice. Clients should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

08

Results Aftercare and Liability

Treatment results and wear time vary depending on natural nails or lashes, lifestyle, aftercare, medication, health, and environmental factors.

Aftercare advice should be followed to protect the result. Beau with Yana is not responsible for damage, loss of wear, irritation, or other issues caused by poor aftercare, picking, removal by another person, or undisclosed health information.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

09

Images Gallery and Social Media

The studio may ask to photograph completed work for portfolio, gallery, training, or social media purposes.

Images will only be used where the client has given consent. Consent can be withdrawn for future use by contacting the studio, although content already shared may not always be removable from third-party platforms immediately.

Client names and personal details will not be published without permission.

10

Data Protection

The website may collect and store personal data such as name, email address, phone number, date of birth, appointment requests, booking status, treatment history, notes, and account login details.

This data is used to manage appointments, client accounts, treatment records, communications, and studio administration.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal data. Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal or legitimate business record-keeping requirements.

11

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
